Made to order

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is cut and printed after you order it, which is why the run is limited and why it takes a little longer than stock you'd get elsewhere.

Production — 3 to 7 days before your order ships.

Shipping

Transit time after production:

• Canada — 7 to 14 business days
• United States — 5 to 7 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe — 10 to 21 business days
• Australia — 12 to 25 business days

You'll receive tracking as soon as the piece leaves production. Duties and import taxes outside Canada are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please read the sizing page before you order — it lists the full garment measurements, and we'll answer sizing questions by email before you buy.

Faults and errors

If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we replace it at our cost. Email hello@clubc1.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

Slight variation in tone, print position and hand between pieces is normal in small-run apparel and is not considered a fault.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins. Once a piece is in production it can't be cancelled.
